Tuition Information - Summer 2022

One Week Camper - $275.00

Week of July 4th (4 day week) - $220.00

Six Week Camper - $1,500.00

We will begin registering campers for the 2022 camp season on February 1. We will only be registering campers for FULL weeks.

Camp will run Monday, June 20th through Friday, July 29th. We are closed on Monday, July 4th.

We have many campers who wish to attend. Please do not book a full week if you do not intend to have your child there for the full week. It is just not fair to other children.

Guests

We will not be registering day guests this year. A guest may only attend with the express permission of the Director, for the price of $65 per day. This option is meant to be used for out-of-town visitors or for friends who are trying camp for the first time. It is not a way to fill in extra days for regular campers unless you have a very specific need and we have space available. Please email Allegra at director@missbettysdaycamp.org to arrange a guest or request an extra day.

Changes and Cancellations

(Please note that some of this is a change from previous years policies).

  • Changes to scheduled weeks that do not involve a refund can be made up until May 31st without charge, if space permits. After May 31st, a $20 fee will apply to all schedule changes.
  • Refunds must be requested by May 31st, 2022 in order to receive the full refund.
  • Refunds requested after May 31st but before two weeks prior to attendance will receive 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations within 2 weeks of attendance date (medical exceptions may be made).

Waitlists and Openings

We are utilizing a waitlist this year. If your desired week is not available you may fill out the Waitlist Form here or on the Calendar page. You will be contacted if a spot becomes available. You may not hear from us until after May 31st.

Work Party Deposit

A refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your child’s spot. The deposit will be returned after attending the work party. Any declined application will have its deposit returned. Only one deposit is required per family. If the deposit is a hardship to you, please email director@missbettysdaycamp.org

In the spirit of Miss Betty’s cooperative approach, all parents are required to participate in a mandatory Work Party which is scheduled prior to the opening of Camp.

Payments

Credit cards are accepted through the PayPal. Click here to register securely. Our installment payment plan is not operational yet. If you cannot pay the full amount at this time, please register for as many weeks as you can, and immediately email director@missbettysdaycamp.org with the full dates you need.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance to attend camp is available. If Miss Betty's is a good fit for your child, we want them to enjoy their summer here with us, regardless of your ability to pay. Since we have a cooperative model there may be other ways you can contribute.

Invoices

A receipt will be needed to file for tax credit. Please print your receipt at the end of registration. A copy of your receipt can also be found when you log in under the top right drop down menu under the invoice option.
