2026 Dates and Tuition

Week 1: June 15-June 19 $310 Week 2: June 22- June 26 $310 Week 3: June 29 - July 2 $250 (4 day week, closed on Friday July 3) Week 4: July 6 - July 10 $310 Week 5: July 13 - July 17 $310 Week 6: July 20 - July 24 $275 (half day Friday)

Six Week Camper - 2026 rate is $1,650 if a camper is registered for all 6 weeks. We can adjust this if weeks are added.

Work Party Maintenance Fee - $100 per family - please see below.

Changes and Cancellations

Please email director@missbettysdaycamp.org with any requests for changes or cancellations.

  • Refunds must be requested via email (NOT TEXT) by March 31st, 2026 in order to receive the full refund.
  • Refunds requested between April 1st - May 26th will receive 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 27th (medical exceptions may be made).
  • Please do not request that your place be given to a friend - we have an extensive waitlist.

Waitlists and Openings

We utilize an extensive waitlist. It is integrated into the registration system. No deposit is necessary to be placed on the waitlist but you must create a registration profile and register the camper for the desired weeks at which point it will indicate whether the camper has a place or is waitlisted. You will be contacted if a spot becomes available. Waitlist lengths and openings vary considerably based on grade level and week.

Work Party Fee In the spirit of Miss Betty’s cooperative approach, all parents are asked to participate in a Work Party which takes place in early June before the opening of Camp. This helps us get camp ready, and allows you to meet the Directors and other parents and be involved in the community aspect of camp. The date of Work Party will be announced prior to registration opening. If you participate, your $100 Work Party fee is refunded. If you cannot participate, your fee is kept by camp and it goes towards the costs of renting and maintaining the property.

Payments

We accept credit card payments ONLY. You may pay in up to 3 installments.

If choosing installments, the initial payment will be $100 per week per camper + $100 Work Party Fee for the family. (Ex. 2 campers for 1 week each is an initial payment of $200 +$100 = $300). Installment dates are February (initial payment), March 6th and April 6th. If additional assistance or consideration is required, please email us.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance to attend camp is available. If Miss Betty's is a good fit for your child, we want them to enjoy their summer here with us, regardless of your ability to pay. Since we have a cooperative model there may be other ways you can contribute.

Invoices

A receipt will be needed to file for tax credit. Please print your receipt at the end of registration. A copy of your receipt can also be found by logging into your account at any time. Our tax ID is #20-1292071

Guests We will not be registering day guests at all this year.
